JustMyType provides an AI-assisted personality discovery experience, including chat-based interactions, personality insights, and subscription features.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use the service.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information and comply with applicable laws.

4. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, harassing, or abusive behavior.
• No reverse engineering or unauthorized access to our systems.
• No automated scraping or rate-limiting evasion.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

• Paid plans are billed via Stripe; pricing and terms are shown at checkout.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.
• Cancel anytime via the Billing Portal in Settings; access remains until the end of the billing period.

6. Refunds

We may offer a discretionary 30-day refund for first-time purchases. Contact support if you are not satisfied.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and technology are owned by JustMyType or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Personality insights are for informational purposes only and not professional advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustMyType will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance.
